Mannatech Powers Karate Athletes

The International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) named Mannatech Inc. its Official Supplement Brand, allowing several of Mannatech’s dietary supplements to carry an “ISKA Certified for Elite Athletes” seal on their packaging.

“This certification program was developed by ISKA to recognize high-quality dietary supplements. Mannatech was handpicked by ISKA as the only supplement provider for this prestigious program,” said Robert A. Sinnott, Ph.D., MNS, co-CEO and chief science officer of Mannatech. “This alliance combines the high standards that ISKA demands of its athletes with those that Mannatech demands of its products.”

Cory Schafer, president of ISKA, added the association was impressed by Mannatech’s leadership position in the sports and dietary supplement industry. He said, “We know Mannatech offers the technology for optimum health and wellness we require and are proud of this partnership.”

Nutrition is all about fresh and healthy vegetabales

I agree vegetables are very important for healthy nutrition. Unfortunately it is unrealistic to get fresh healthy vegetables from the super market because of the "green harvest." Vegetables do not ripen to attain mature phytonutrient levels. In effect we are not getting the nutritious vegetables that one would get from their own back yard.

That is so true Mannabody! We see now that the American Cancer Society says we must eat 12-14 fruits and vegetables to prevent cancer. Who can eat that and why? Because 2 peaches in 1952 could give you enough Beta Carotene for one woman. Today, we have to eat 53 peaches to get the same amount! Impossible!!! You have to supplement! However, synthetics make it worse. We need real food supps!
